Public Beta
Privacy
Halo Lumin is built for lightweight document sharing. We keep the beta simple, collect the minimum data needed to operate the service, and expect users to avoid sensitive or regulated information.
What we store
We store the files and metadata needed to create share pages, including file name, size, type, title, description, expiration, and basic service logs. We also process limited network information such as IP-derived rate-limit data to protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to host shared pages, enforce file restrictions, limit abuse, investigate obvious misuse, and improve the beta. We may remove content, rate limit requests, or block access when needed to protect the service or other users.
What not to upload
Do not upload confidential, regulated, medical, financial, or other sensitive data. Halo Lumin is a public beta and should not be used as a secure data room or records system.
Beta status
The product is still evolving. Features, limits, retention, and operating practices may change as we learn from the beta.
